About the Role
This is a fantastic role for an early-career teacher who enjoys organising, communicating, and helping create exceptional learning experiences.
As the Program Coordinator – Eureka, you will help bring our themed Eureka workshop days to life. You will work closely with schools, presenters, and supervisors to ensure each program runs smoothly and provides a welcoming and exciting experience for high-potential learners.
Working predominantly from home, you will be supported by the national team, with guidance available whenever needed. Full training is provided.
This role is highly suited to teachers who enjoy:

- building relationships with schools and educators
Features of the role
- Liaising with schools to book and organise dates and hosting details
- Coordinating presenters' and supervisors' availability
- Helping to shape high-quality workshops and learning experiences suitable for high potential and gifted learners
- Supporting program days at host school venues
- Communicating with families, schools, and presenters
- Keeping track of bookings and program details in our digital systems
- Contributing ideas for program improvement
About You
You are not required to have any program coordination experience, as training will be provided.
If you are a teacher who is organised, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with people, you will thrive in this role.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 1 year classroom teaching experience
- Familiarity or interest in gifted education
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including high potential and gifted, neurodiverse and additional supports students.
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational habits and reliability
- Ability to stay calm and positive when plans change
- Confidence using digital tools
- Teaching qualification and NESA registration
