About the Division
The role of the Regional Programs & Partnerships (RPP) Division is to lead, design and deliver sustainable and strategic investment through programs that support and provide benefits to communities and economies across regional NSW. The team is responsible for end-to-end grants administration and contract management and delivers a work program of evaluation and economic analysis to provide strategic insights that support the investment, design and delivery of future programs.
About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Officer to support the coordination and project management of regional grant programs and investment initiatives.
In this role, you'll:
- Provide project management and support services across the full lifecycle of grant and funding programs.
- Coordinate project plans, resources and reporting to ensure milestones and outcomes are achieved.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including reports, briefs and correspondence.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support program delivery and communication.
- Monitor budgets, track progress and contribute to compliance, acquittal and closure of projects.

About You
You bring strong organisational and communication skills, with experience supporting program or project delivery within government or a similar complex environment. You also have:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes to deadlines.
- Experience preparing reports, data summaries and project documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
