- Alignment with Anglicare's mission, vision, and values, including integrity, compassion, and excellence.
- Background in community-based aged care services is highly desirable.
- Experience in scheduling systems and technology applications.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, scheduling or business support
Experience in aged care, community services or similar environments (preferred)
Familiarity with rostering and care coordination systems
- Ideally, you'll bring your exceptional customer service and administrative skills with a desire to support older people with dignity and respect along with your ability to multitask with keen attention to detail.
