We are looking for our next
Sales Support Executive
to join our Sales Excellence Team
,
reporting into our Sales Administration Leader.
This role is all about keeping our Sales team firing on all cylinders. You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who makes sure our field teams have the tools, insights, and support they need to deliver, every day. From SAP wizardry to event coordination, you'll be the go-to for all things operations and admin. And you'll do it all as part of a company that's at the heart of good times as well as providing a wealth of career development opportunities.
A day in the life
- Providing top-notch admin support so our sales team can focus on selling
- Processing invoices and managing cost centres through SAP
- Supporting events and sponsorships with ticketing, invites and logistics
- Handling guest lists, invites and internal events with a flair for detail.
What You'll Bring
- Strong organisational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
- Confidence working with an ERP (SAP would be an advantage) and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- A natural ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
- An analytical mindset and love of problem-solving
- The agility to juggle priorities and hit deadlines, even when things get busy.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Sydney CBD office, with the flexibility to work from home so you can win at work
