The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and analyse marketing campaigns and budgets across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with the Product Team to create and deliver effective campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Create communications for trade and consumer audiences. Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and other digital platforms.
  • Lead and support the marketing team by coordinating tasks and ensuring workloads are effectively executed on time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification at minimum Bachelor level.
  • 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial orientation.
  • Proficient in website CMS including WordPress or Netzone, EDM software such as MailChimp, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel industry experience is a distinct advantage.
