**RealTrust Property Accounting Services** provides outsourced commercial property trust accounting services and property management assistance to a large real estate client base in Australia. We have been operating in the Australian Real Estate market for over 20 years and continue to enjoy business growth.

We have an outstanding opportunity for a **Client Success Manager** to join our friendly team.

**About the role**

The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies and plans while also managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. To be successful, you will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships, preferably in an outsourced services environment. Ideally, you will also understand the value proposition outsourced property accounting and property management assistance provides in today’s tight labour market.

The role is hands on, managing the successful onboarding of new clients whilst also developing lasting business relationships.

You will be involved in streamlining processes and procedures where required and look to add value to our clients at every possible opportunity. The ability to develop and maintain marketing material (including website management) would be viewed favourably.

To add to the diversity to the role, you will be responsible for managing the staff induction and training programs and adherence to client procedures.

This is an interesting role where close partnerships with our clients will provide a great deal of fulfilment.

**To be successful you will have**:

- A sound knowledge and experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting.
- A natural disposition for collaboration and working as part of a close-knit team.
- Client relations experience.
- Ideally experience working in an outsourcing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for high levels of client service delivery.
- A tenacious attitude towards lead generation and closing sales.
- A flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
- A high level of drive, self-motivation, enthusiasm and with a “can do” attitude.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
- Comfortable stepping into unfamiliar situations, developing creative solutions, de-escalating critical issues so it positions our clients for success.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
