When successfully appointed, you will receive a ticket into our draw to win a car, holiday or cash valued at $20,000. All staff are eligible to earn additional tickets in this draw by successfully referring others to the Activ team.

**About the role**

You’ll be joining a growing team of marketers, fundraisers and events professionals who are leading Activ into a new era of exciting and engaging marketing activity.

This part-time role based at Wembley reports to the Head of Brand and Marketing, working collaboratively within a small team developing and executing marketing strategies through-out the business, offering best in class value to Activ; driving awareness, engagement and conversion while building our connection to cause.

**A typical day in the role may look like**:

- Delivering brand, marketing and public relations expertise to the business
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that support Activ’s strategic objectives
- Creating engaging content via various mediums, with a focus on digital, video and storytelling
- Collaborating with various teams to showcase the variety of services Activ offers
- Overseeing brand positioning, brand attributes, and brand value propositions across messaging and channels
- Managing campaigns that include traditional media, social media, digital, website and experiential
- Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
- Demonstrated experience in marketing - experience with brand management, digital & social media, event management and public relations
- An understanding of how aspects of brand, communications and marketing work together for the best outcomes
- A passion for creating engaging content and seeking different ways to tell people’s stories
- A collaborative outlook and approach to working to common goals
- A degree in marketing, communications or similar
- A good level of self-motivation and have the ability to implement marketing strategies, make decisions, be accountable and achieve high quality results
- Agility and be able to recognise and be proactive when marketing opportunities arise.
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
