About the role

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer to help us run multi-brand campaigns across Australia and the US (including Maxisil US). You'll coordinate paid media, organic content, landing pages and email, and you'll work directly with the Marketing Manager to support product launches and national retailer/store promotions under the general marketing/business strategy.


Key Tasks

Paid Media & Performance

  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads: audience strategy, campaign structure, budget pacing (AUD & USD), and optimisation to CPA/ROAS/lead targets.
  • Build and maintain geo-targeted campaigns for dealer/store promotions (e.g. US stockist rollouts, local radius targeting, call/click-to-directions, store sets).
  • Implement tracking and attribution (GA4, Tag Manager), maintain pixels/conversions, and publish clear reports with insights and next actions.

Organic & Content

  • Coordinate content for trade audiences (how-tos, product highlights, store features) tailored to AU and US markets (spelling/units/terminology).
  • Write copy for social, web, landing pages, brochures and basic email sends.
  • Do light design work using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere/Rush) within brand guidelines.

Web & CRM/Email

  • Manage landing pages and basic site updates (WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify) aligned to campaigns and SEO best practice.
  • Build simple email campaigns/automations for product launches, store updates and lead nurturing.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4+ years hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven results running Google, Meta and TikTok ads end-to-end (structure, budgets, optimisation, reporting).
  • Demonstrated experience operating in US ad accounts (USD budgets, US geo targeting).
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager reporting experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple brands, deadlines and regions with a practical, test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment
