With over 30 years of industry experience, we specialize in Security of Critical Infrastructure (SoCI) Act compliance, providing full consultancy, design, and implementation services to safeguard critical infrastructure assets.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bayswater, WA for a Project Estimator. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for various fencing projects by analyzing blueprints and specifications, conducting site visits, evaluating labor, material, and time requirements. Duties also include collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in cost estimation and project management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate blueprints and project specifications
  • Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the fencing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
