What You'll Be Doing

  • Reviewing client project requirements and specifications to determine the appropriate materials, labour, and other resources needed
  • Conducting site visits and measurements to accurately assess project scope and complexity
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and any subcontractor costs
  • Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and quality standards
  • Providing clients with clear, transparent, and competitive quotes that position Tint Design as the preferred provider
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends, pricing, and best practices to optimise our estimating processes
  • Supporting the sales team by providing expert advice and guidance on project feasibility and pricing

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a signage sales, estimating or project/account management role
  • Strong technical understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately calculate material requirements and labour costs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or risks
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present estimates and proposals effectively
  • Proficient in using relevant estimating software and tools
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
