Herron Todd White's looking for a
Talent Management Lead
to join our team.

Reporting to our Chief People & Culture Officer, this role will oversee and lead our Talent Management strategy and initiatives, contributing to our new People & Culture operating model.

  • Melbourne, CBD Location
  • Hybrid Working Arrangement (50% in office minimum)
  • Open to part-time applicants - 4-day week

What does the role entail?

The role includes both strategic and operational duties, with success measured by external reputation, quality of hires and promotions, and team member retention.

  • Lead the Talent Management strategy and activities (supported by the Talent & Careers Partner)
  • Working with People Partners on workforce planning and forecasting
  • Contribute to insights on Employee Value Propositions and Employer Branding
  • Improving data management, talent processes, systems and reporting
  • Lead the strategy in CPD and Graduate Program Management
  • Develop and lead Talent Retention initiatives and succession planning across the greater business.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5-7 years+ experience in internal Talent Management
  • Recent demonstrated experience in hands-on talent acquisition role
  • An understanding of Australia and New Zealand professional services
  • Strong people leadership experience (5+ years), providing coaching and day-to-day direction
  • Collaborative, positive and solution focused
