AI Lead
for a leading Victorian-based consultancy—someone who can build, advise, and lead the next wave of AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI products—hands-on from concept to launch
  • Advise owners and leadership on AI strategy, product direction, and go-to-market approaches
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver real business value
  • Lead product development efforts, balancing technical excellence with commercial outcomes
  • Play a key role in shaping the company's future—with a clear path to directorship and business equity

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML products (not just strategy—actual hands-on development)
  • Strong product development background in tech consulting or SaaS
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable advising, experimenting, and taking ownership
  • Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of current AI tools, languages, and frameworks
