We're seeking a Talent Administrator to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team within a leading organisation. About The Role
In this role, you'll support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment activities, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You'll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue employment contracts
- Manage onboarding processes including background and reference checks
- Maintain candidate databases and talent pools
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers
- Post job ads across multiple platforms
- Assist with high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Administer the employee referral program
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Ensure accurate data entry and job card management
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Experience with recruitment systems such as PageUp (preferred)
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing
