Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hawthorn, VIC, for a Venue Manager. The Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service, managing events, and adhering to budgeting requirements. The role involves coordinating with staff to provide a high-quality dining experience and ensuring the venue operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Venue Management and Event Management
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is a plus

Monday through to Sunday shifts - we are open 6 days a week

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

The busiest days are Friday & Saturday and therefore please expect to be rostered on the weekends primarily

RSA - Must attain Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

WORKING RIGHTS - All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
