Melbourne’s oldest public boathouse - Studley Park Boathouse - was due for a refresh, and now it’s almost complete We are building a new deck extending out from the original building which looks out over the Yarra, perfect for lunch or an early morning coffee First date favourites - the Studley Park boats - will be back again for hire, alongside an upgrade to our function spaces and café

We are looking to hire multiple Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers to join the team and help build this new venue and team from the ground up.

Essential requirements:

- 2+ years leadership experience as a manager in a similar venue
- A positive and engaging attitude
- Excellent time management, managerial and organisational skills
- Success in developing high performing teams and the ability to lead by example
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Any boating experience is looked upon favourably
- Must have weekend availability.
