What's the role?

As our Full Time Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action supporting the Venue Manager, leading your team, keeping energy high, and standards higher Impress with our renowned guest experience and share the CHI with heart in what we do. From daily operations to rostering, KPI management, and team development, you'll play a key role in running our most iconic venues Yo-Chi Hawthorn is always pumping, alive with energy and often with lines out the door Work with a great team, feel empowered by strong leadership and feel the CHI
