About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator to cover a team member on maternity leave. This temporary role will provide support across a range of HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuity of HR services during the absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
  • Assist with payroll and leave administration.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support HR reporting and compliance tasks.
  • Contribute to HR projects as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and employment law.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.

Contract Duration:

  • November 2025 to August 2026 (covering maternity leave period)

  • Proven experience in human resources administration or a similar role
