The Role:
Are you looking for a hybrid administration role where your skills make a real impact on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)? Do you want to contribute to critical functions that keep our workplace safe & efficient?
We are seeking a team player to join us and support our HSEQ teams through essential administrative activities. In this collaborative environment, success is driven by our shared values: Courage, Authenticity, Achievement, and Respect.
This position supports our HSEQ team on a casual basis, working up to 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Kembla Grange office. We are also open to explore candidates in the ACT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare reports from various data sources to track HSEQ performance and meet compliance obligations with various regulators.
- Draft and prepare documents and provide general administrative support to the HSEQ team.
- Support document control processes to ensure all policies, procedures, and forms are accurate, current, and easily accessible.
- Collate and organise information to provide internal insights and support team initiatives.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Previous administration experience, particularly strong with Microsoft Excel.
- A positive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic and aligned values.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Confidence using Excel, Outlook, and Word
- A positive, proactive, and team-orientated approach
