We provide new & used sales, service, spare parts and finance for a wide array of customers in industries like transport, warehousing, construction, infrastructure, civil works, waste management and government.

STM Trucks & Machinery is a authorised dealer for industry leading brands like **Fuso Trucks, Iveco Trucks, Kobelco Excavators, ASV Posi-track Loaders, Merlo Telehandlers, D’Avino Dumpers, C&F Mini Dumpers **and many more.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist / Front Desk** **to join our growing administrative team in **Smeaton Grange. **The position is on a full-time basis with competitive remuneration package.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Experience in a similar role
- Well presented, spoken, proactive
- Attention to details and sense of urgency
- Multitask and take instruction from multiple staff
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Drivers licence and car

Your role will include, but not limited to the following:

- Professionally answer, screen and distribute phone calls
- Warmly greet visiting suppliers and clients
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
- Printing and collating duties
- Coordination of incoming & outgoing mail
- Reconciling bank receipts & deposits
- Other general administrative duties
