Qualifications & experience

  • MS Office experience with particular strengths in Excel
  • Time in similar procurement, accounts or administration role
  • Supply Chain experience essential
  • NetSuite ERP software experience desirable
  • Ability to learn fast and use initiative
  • Problem Solver

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Work closely with Procurement Team on the coordination of local procurement processes & spare parts import order management
  • Administrative tasks for supplier purchase orders/lead times
  • Assist in management of international shipping – document reconciliation
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to love the detail
  • Fast paced environment with the need to follow clear instruction on tasks
