Showroom Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Showroom Receptionistto join our award winning team at our Audi dealership located in Smeaton Grange.

Having a big focus on customer experience and being the first point of contact of our dealership we are looking for someone who will be able to deliver a wow experience every single time. Experience in hospitality, reception or retail is a definite plus for this role.

You will be responsible for:

• Welcoming all guests in the showroom
• Taking all phone and directing the phone calls accordingly
• Overseeing the presentation of the showroom to ensure the highest levels of presentation are consistently observed
• Ensuring Coffee Bar and Customer lounge are consistently immaculate
• Liaising with the sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
• Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
• Administration duties are carried out effectively and efficiently

To Be Considered:

• A commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• A confident phone manner
• Well-presented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable however NOT essential
• Available to work 5 days per week, including Saturday
