The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Coordinator who thrives on organisation, communication, and results.

You'll be the key link between our clients, field staff, and management — ensuring that every job runs smoothly from enquiry to completion.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, takes initiative, and wants to be part of a supportive, professional business that values both people and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound enquiries (phone, email, website)
  • Schedule client walkthroughs and inspections
  • Prepare and send detailed cleaning quotes
  • Coordinate staff rosters, job allocations, and time management
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure workflow efficiency
  • Maintain accurate client and staff records in our CRM system
  • Action management instructions quickly and effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in an administration, operations, or coordination role (cleaning, trades, or service industry highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Confident computer and systems knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow direction and take quick, accurate action
  • Process-driven mindset and initiative to improve efficiency
  • Friendly, adaptable, and solutions-focused personality
