Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and conduct property inspections and open for inspections.
  2. Assist in leasing processes, managing documentation and tenant notifications.
  3. Handle routine communications with tenants, owners, and vendors—promptly and courteously.
  4. Support rental payments and arrears management.
  5. Schedule maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
  6. Maintain accurate records in our property management system.
