Casual Property Maintenance Role – Lawn & Yard Care (Maitland & Surrounds)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team in a casual capacity. This position involves lawn mowing, yard maintenance, and general property upkeep. Due to the variable nature of the work (including weather conditions), hours can be flexible and adapted weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lawn mowing (including push mowers and zero-turns)
  • Whipper snipping and edging
  • Hedging and pruning
  • Pressure cleaning
  • Yard clean-ups and light garden maintenance

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to tow and reverse a trailer (or willingness to learn)
  • Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
