ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Property Manager who is a team player, passionate, honest and shares a desire to build positive and rewarding relationships with all our valued clients. The successful candidate will be an important part of the Property Management Team in the day-to-day running of the department including (but not limited to):
- Conducting open home inspections
- Database management
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Processing applications
- Lease preparation
- All other aspects of the department
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Previous experience in Property Management or similar industries
- Outstanding communication skills and dialogue
- Excellent organisational skills and able to effectively prioritise and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Property Management industry and have sound knowledge of current legislation
- Be passionate about committing to ongoing coaching and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
- A current Assistant Agent Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
