Nextview Property, a leading residential property management firm, seeking a talented Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

The successful individual will be an intrinsic part of our team. You will learn the business from the ground up while working alongside a highly experienced property managers who will offer guidance and support whilst learning and improving in this role.

The position will also give the opportunity to grow your career in Property Management, working closely with our skilled agents and what is required for an integral part of the business. Some of these tasks will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties, including processing tenant applications, conducting inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repairs Setting and calling prospective tenants about appointments for open houses.
  • Fielding general enquiry for upcoming properties for lease and sales.
  • A willingness to take direction for excellerated learning.
  • Conducting inspections with prospective tenants
  • Supporting the broader property management team with administrative tasks and special projects

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High level of thoroughness with proficient organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and show good judgement.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and we will train you on our software.
  • NSW Drivers license
