About the Role
As an experienced Property Manager, you will be directly responsible for the management of a residential portfolio. You will have the support of an experienced leasing and inspections unit and administration team, as well as dedicated support through leave cover and an escalations unit to assist with any complex matters. We are structured so you can have the ability to focus on going above and beyond for your owners and tenants.

About You
Communication is a real strength, both verbal and written. You must enjoy engaging with an owner about their investment property and working to understand their needs and objectives. You are proactive, organised and have excellent attention to detail, you use all tools and are constantly learning about property investment and investing time in understanding new technologies to achieve the desired results. You also work on yourself to ensure you remain at the top of your game, perhaps you are one to help lead the change?
Essential requirements of the role:
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A current driver's licence.
- Previous experience in Property Management (two years or more portfolio management experience).
