Biviano's Dural offers a sophisticated dining experience, featuring immaculate gardens, four exquisite event spaces, handcrafted menus, exceptional service, and an extensive wine list, all set in a stunning atmosphere. We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and high tea, and host a variety of weddings and events. We take pride in fostering a team with the right attitude and a strong desire to grow within the business.

Available Positions:

Casual & Part time Front of House

Candidates must be available for a minimum of Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch shifts. Weekday availability is a bonus. Industry award pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in these roles, you will be expected to:

- Provide efficient and professional service of food and beverages.

- Understand and appreciate the behind-the-scenes work required to create memorable guest experiences.

- Represent and embody the Biviano's brand with pride.

- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Work collaboratively and effectively as part of a tight-knit team.

- Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.

Candidate Requirements:

- A strong commitment to learning and personal growth.

- A current RSA certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).

- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and the ability to work split shifts and double shifts.

- High standards of personal grooming and presentation.

- Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

- An eye for detail, common sense, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, formal dining environment.

- Candidates must possess current Australian work rights.
