Front of House - Wednesday Morning Shift | 6:30 AM Start

We're **Saturdays**, a boutique café in Dural and the only one in Australia dedicated entirely to Banana Bread and Low-Calorie Treats.

We’re hiring for a **Front of House role every Wednesday morning**. This is a weekly shift suited to someone experienced, reliable, and confident in managing service and delivering a smooth customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Wednesday morning service (6:30 AM-12:30 PM)
- Take customer orders and manage service flow
- Make coffees (basic barista skills **preferred**, not mandatory)
- Slice and display fruit loaves and cheesecakes
- Complete basic admin, stock restocking, and open/close tasks
- Follow structured SOPs to ensure consistency and pace

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience** as a Front of House leader or Shift Supervisor **preferred** (e.g. McDonald’s, KFC, GYG)
- Strong customer interaction and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and maintain high standards
- Available every Wednesday morning in Dural

**Pay Rate**: $29.60 - $31.00 per hour
**Schedule**: Every Wednesday, 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM
