**Lead, Serve & Grow - Bring Your Energy to Cafe Saturdays**

Cafe Saturdays isn’t just another café—we’re the **only retail café in the state dedicated to Banana Bread & Low-Calorie Treats**, paired with the best specialty coffee in the Hills. We’re on the lookout for a **highly organized, customer-focused Front of House leader** with strong **administration skills** to keep our café running smoothly.

If you’ve managed fast-paced hospitality venues like **McDonald's, KFC, or similar**, this is your chance to **lead, serve, and grow with a brand redefining café culture.**

**What You’ll Do**:
✔ Oversee daily front-of-house operations with energy & warmth
✔ Provide **exceptional** customer service in a **relaxed café setting**
✔ Prepare coffee (basic barista skills required) & serve high-quality products
✔ Follow **SOPs** to bake our **fruit loaves & cheesecakes** (training provided)
✔ Handle **administrative tasks** - stock management, rostering & basic reporting
✔ Keep the café running smoothly while managing peak hours efficiently

**Who You Are**:
**Experienced in hospitality leadership** - Former **Store, Shift, or Venue Manager** (McDonald's, KFC, etc. preferred)
**Customer-focused** - You create a **welcoming & engaging** experience
**Organized & detail-oriented** - You can handle **admin tasks & café operations**
**A quick learner** - You thrive on **processes & improving efficiency**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.60 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
