**We are setting up for another big year of Weddings and Events and are seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join the team.**

We are committed to crafting unforgettable memories for our guests that will have them swept away by the peace and tranquillity that is Springfield House.

**We are looking for various roles-**
- Wait staff
- Bar staff
- Baristas
- Must have a valid RSA certificate if working Front of House and over the age of 18
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality industry
- Barista experience is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a customer focused, positive attitude
- Must be available to **work late nights** and **weekends**:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Reliable, diligent and self-motivated
- Bar experience is desirable
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player
- Set Up Crew - to ensure all event set ups and pack down are done in a timely manner, load and unload equipment/furniture from vehicles and storage
