**Barista Café Manager - Monday Shifts**

Looking to pick up a Monday shift? We’re hiring an experienced Barista Manager to run our Monday Pop Ups

If you’ve managed a shift before and know how to keep things running without supervision, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Need Experience In**:

- **Barista Operations** - dialing in, workflow, tasting, and training
- **Opening & Closing** - confident running a shift from start to finish
- **Customer Service** - fast, warm, and professional under pressure
- **Stock & Inventory** - keeping track of supplies and spotting gaps
- **Cash Handling & Reporting** - daily float, takings, and accuracy
- **Cleanliness & Compliance** - you leave the place better than you found it

You must have experience in training new staff, supporting trial shifts, and give feedback if needed.
