The Role

We're hiring a Barista All-Rounder for weekend shifts. This is a casual role with competitive pay and long-term stability. You'll be running the machine, supporting front of house, and helping the team keep service smooth during busy periods.

Shift Times

  • Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Sunday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

  • Understand espresso, Brewing espresso with care and consistency
  • Dialing in and adjusting grind settings
  • Creating smooth latte art
  • Taking orders, handling payments, and serving customers with warmth
  • Supporting FOH duties and keeping the café clean and tidy

What You'll Need

  • At least 1 year barista experience or the ability to learn very quickly
  • Solid understanding of espresso brewing and machine dial-in
  • Reliability and the ability to work under pressure
  • Fast, friendly, and willing to help across barista + FOH duties
  • Ability to reliably commute to Dural for early morning starts
