What You'll Do

  • Lead and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and affiliate channels
  • Develop data-led acquisition strategies focused on ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
  • Run ongoing A/B testing across creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Build and execute SEO strategies, from audits and keyword planning to technical fixes and content optimisation
  • Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance insights and reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and eCommerce trends.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 or 4 years' experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition
  • Proven success managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns at scale
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO principles (technical, on-page, and content-led)
  • Analytical mindset - you're fluent in GA4, Looker Studio, and platform data
  • Experience working with multi-brand or high-volume eCommerce environments
  • Familiarity with Shopify, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and affiliate tools
  • A proactive, curious approach - you love testing, learning, and iterating.
