Opportunity for an experienced automotive professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for workshop operations. We are seeking a dedicated Workshop Manager to oversee the daily management of our busy workshop. In this key role, you will lead our team and ensure smooth operations that maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

You will work closely with the business owner providing vital guidance and reports on workshop performance and helping to shape the continued success of our business.

• High level of customer focus and satisfaction
• Proven experience in workshop management
• Trade qualification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow, coordinate resources, and maintain high customer service standards
• Proficient with workshop management systems and reporting tools
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• LVT qualification (desirable)
