The OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced and driven Local Area Marketing (LAM) Executive to help bring our brands to life across Australia. In this pivotal role, you'll shape how Goodlife Health Clubs and Fitness First connect with members, local communities, and corporate partners.
Working closely with Regional Managers and the Corporate Sales team, you'll plan and deliver scalable campaigns, activations, and events that build brand visibility, drive leads, and create measurable business impact — all while staying true to our brand identity.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with hands-on experience in campaign management, partnerships, and community engagement who's ready to take ownership of end-to-end marketing delivery. You'll be the driving force behind local initiatives that strengthen our presence, enhance member experience, and contribute to the growth of two of Australia's most recognised fitness brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesLAM Platforms & Collateral
- Lead and manage the LAM Splash platform , keeping assets refreshed, relevant, and on brand.
- Oversee inbound club marketing requests, ensuring activity aligns with brand strategy and ROI objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflow and improve communication between clubs and the marketing support team.
Campaigns & Community Engagement
- Partner with Regional Managers to identify local marketing opportunities and create reusable campaign templates that drive lead generation.
- Support club teams with community initiatives including events, sponsorships, and local partnerships.
- Deliver in-club launches and activations for key programs such as Group Fitness and PT Success Stories .
- Manage in-club media and digital assets, ensuring all content is timely, accurate, and visually consistent.
Corporate Partnerships & Sales Support
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales team to create impactful marketing materials and lead generation campaigns.
- Activate campaigns and promotions with corporate partners , ensuring strong execution and measurable outcomes.
- Support internal communications for partnership and sales initiatives.
Merchandising & Brand Execution
- Oversee merchandising and in-club branding, ensuring assets are current and reflective of our brand positioning.
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure visual consistency and compliance across all touchpoints.
- Increased lead generation from local and corporate campaigns
- Positive feedback from Regional Managers, club teams, and partners
- Stronger community engagement and brand presence
- Accurate and optimised digital listings (e.g., Google My Business)
- Consistent brand representation across all clubs
- Timely, high-quality delivery of campaigns with measurable impact

ExperienceEssential:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role — ideally within retail, lifestyle, fitness, or franchise environments
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- A track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across internal and external teams
- Experience with copywriting and content creation for both digital and print
- Proven ability to execute community-based marketing (events, sponsorships, partnerships)
