VenueSumo is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who can turn ideas into campaigns, videos, and posts that drive awareness, engagement, and leads.

We're on a mission to help family entertainment, attractions and leisure venues save time, reduce costs, and deliver great guest experiences with our all-in-one venue management platform.

This is not your typical marketing job. You will join a high-growth startup that is expanding rapidly internationally and work directly with our founder and marketing team to shape the brand voice, content strategy, and digital presence as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging content for our website, social media, and email campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Design graphics, short videos, and motion clips for campaigns, case studies, and product launches
  • Manage our social media calendar by planning, posting, and tracking performance across channels
  • Write short-form and long-form copy such as social captions, blog posts, email newsletters, and ad copy that connects with venue owners and operators
  • Support paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn by preparing creative assets and landing page content
  • Assist with CRM and marketing automation workflows to improve engagement and lead nurturing
  • Research competitors, trends, and audience insights to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and content themes
  • Collaborate with our sales and product teams to turn features and customer success stories into compelling marketing material

What We're Looking For

  • A fast learner with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Descript
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple social platforms and content formats
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO, or email marketing is a bonus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
