About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead the rollout of a major brand refresh across all channels. This role is ideal for a marketing generalist with strong project management capabilities and a passion for brand consistency.

You'll be responsible for coordinating complex workstreams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless execution across digital and physical touchpoints. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact campaigns and elevating our brand presence.

The position is a full-time 12-month contract role (fixed term with potential for extension) commencing in February 2026. The position is an onsite role at the First National, National Support Office located in Richmond (Victoria).

In this key project position you will:

• Lead the rollout of a major brand refresh across all physical and digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Deliver marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication throughout project delivery.
• Champion brand governance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

• 5-7+ years' experience in marketing, brand, or project management roles (agency or client-side).
• Proven experience managing brand rollouts or rebrand projects across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• A marketing generalist mindset with an understanding of campaign development, brand management, and digital channels.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills - able to work effectively with creative, digital, and operational teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
