Melbourne City RAM is seeking an energetic and results-driven RAM Trucks Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help customers find the perfect truck for their needs. This role is 5 days per week, working Saturday's with a weekday RDO.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Consulting with Customers: Engage with prospective buyers, listen to their requirements, and provide expert knowledge on RAM truck models, features, specifications, and customization options.
  • Driving Sales: Meet monthly sales targets by guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial test drive to final paperwork.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate a loyal client base through proactive follow-up and exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiating Deals: Work with the sales manager to structure and present compelling financial options and finalise sales.
  • Staying Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all RAM products, competitors, market trends, and financing programs.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is highly preferred, but we will consider highly motivated individuals with a strong track record in other competitive sales environments.
  • Passion for Trucks: Genuine enthusiasm for RAM trucks and the automotive industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Work Ethic: A self-motivated, organised, and professional attitude with a competitive spirit.
  • Customer Focus: A dedication to providing an outstanding and transparent buying experience.
  • Required: A valid driver's licence.
