Join a values-driven marketing agency powering Australia's biggest charity brands.
About Us
At Adflex Marketing, we are proud to partner with some of Australia's most high-profile and purpose-driven charity brands. We're a full-service marketing agency that thrives on creating impactful, ethical campaigns that deliver real results for causes that matter. Our values are at the heart of everything we do. We're a dynamic, collaborative team that values positivity, authenticity and a can-do attitude. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact through your work, you'll feel right at home here.
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join our growing team. In this leadership-level role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships—primarily in the charity and NFP sectors—while overseeing multi-channel marketing projects from concept through to execution.
This is a fast-paced and highly rewarding position that requires a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and natural relationship-builder. You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and senior client stakeholders to drive campaign success and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end client campaigns with precision and care
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Delegate tasks effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Make strategic, senior-level decisions that impact campaign outcomes
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solve creatively under pressure and think on your feet
- Collaborate cross-functionally and independently when needed
- Travel interstate as required for client meetings and campaign launches
About You
You're an experienced account management professional with a passion for marketing and a drive to make a difference. You love building relationships, thrive in a collaborative environment, and aren't afraid to take the lead.
You'll bring:
- Minimum 5+ years in account management, ideally in marketing, agency or charity sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proven experience in senior decision-making and client management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, outgoing, and team-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently
- Flexibility to travel interstate as required
- And you'll bring the fun
Why Join Us?
- Flexible working arrangements – 3 days in our Richmond office, 2 days WFH
- Be part of a passionate, close-knit team making a real difference
- Work with Australia's leading charity brands
- Competitive 6-figure salary
- Opportunity to grow and lead in a supportive and values-driven environment
