We're now seeking a motivated Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Sutherland team.

About the Role

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer support.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers — managing bookings, coordinating repairs, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, insurance partners, and the workshop team.

You'll play an essential role in keeping daily operations running efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception – answer and direct phone calls, greet walk-in clients, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Book customer vehicles for repairs and organise hire cars when required.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and insurance partners.
  • Monitor and respond to administration emails.
  • Enter invoices and assist with finance functions in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Support inventory management and ordering.
  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

About You

  • Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel essential)
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
