- Lead, coach and manage the Customer Service Operations team, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service and a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement the Customer Service Operational framework to support the evolution and continuous improvement of service.
- Seek opportunities to evolve and continuously improve - enhancing productivity, quality of service and customer experience.
- Setting clear goals, standards and expectations for the Customer Service Operations Team and being accountable for the delivery of outcomes and behaviours

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Be a leader who fosters collaboration and motivates others to reach their potential.
- Support and manage all training requirements for the Customer Service Operations team ensuring the highest standard of customer service thorough efficient and effective product and service delivery.
- Champion excellent customer service and establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, winning respect at all levels and constructively dealing with difficult issues as they arise.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$109,000 - $121,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- **Hours of work**:35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement.
