We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administration and Customer Service Officer to help us deliver outstanding experiences to our visitors.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and well-organised. Your contributions will help create a positive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing payments, and performing administrative tasks to support the Customer Service team.
- Provide a warm welcome and excellent first impressions to all visitors.
- Process transactions promptly using our Leisure Centres operating system.
- Maintain a clean and organised front reception area to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with customer inquiries and effectively manage complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for a proactive and friendly individual who thrives in a bustling customer service environment and possesses a passion for helping others.
- Proven experience in a busy customer service or reception role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A well-organised approach to time management and multitasking.

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated within two weeks of advert closing.
- **Package**:$56,839 - $60,123 full time equivalent gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation (paid pro rata to hours worked).
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Part-Time 20 hours per week. Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread, across all 3 Leisure Centres, operating from 5am - 9pm (Monday-Sunday).
