**JOB TITLE**: Customer Service Manager
**JOB TYPE**: Full-time (40h/week)
**HOURS**: Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (1hr lunch break) + Saturday, 8:30am - 1:30pm
**LOCATION**: 3/154 Flora St, Sutherland NSW 2232
**SALARY**: from $73,150 per year + super
**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Represent Wanderers at our flagship Sutherland store, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about our product range and business values to offer the best advice, both in-store and online.
- Collaborate with the CEO and team to assist with new product launches and maintain 4 Shopify Plus accounts.
- Support the Store Manager with wholesale enquiries and sales processes.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and visually appealing, with regular merchandising to highlight key products.
- Carry out administrative, fulfilment, and ad hoc tasks as required.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
**Experience**:
- 3 years in a similar role.
- 1-2 years working with Shopify Plus.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A passion for fashion and high-quality leather products.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Well-organised with strong time management skills.
**PERFORMANCE GOALS**:
- Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Complete all Shopify, administrative, and business tasks efficiently.
- Keep the store tidy and presentable at all times.
- Build and enhance wholesale relationships, improving sales in key areas.
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
Pay: From $73,150.00 per year
