We're on a mission to turn Victoria into a powerhouse state, and we're seeking a motivated, strategic, and relationship-focused Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleYou'll be the driving force behind our Victorian expansion — building meaningful partnerships, leading growth initiatives, and positioning OWAY as the go-to choice for high-end premium.
You will:
- Drive sales growth across Victoria by expanding our salon network and elevating brand presence.
- Identify and onboard high-value accounts aligned with our clean-colour philosophy.
- Develop new and nurture existing long-term relationships with salon owners, managers, and creative teams.
- Collaborate with our National Sales & Education Managers to deliver impactful training and commercial results.
- Champion OWAY and Sophic's values of sustainability, innovation, and luxury performance.
About You
You're not just in sales — you're in the business of transformation. You thrive on strategy, connection, and results.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development within the salon or beauty industry.
- A strong understanding of the Victorian salon market.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- Confident presenter with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about sustainable, high-performance brands.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
