We're looking for a
Business Development Manager (VIC)
to drive sales growth and strengthen our footprint across Victoria. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and getting results.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth across Victoria through traffic management companies, councils, and contractors.
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and quoting to closing and long-term account management.
  • Lead product demos and field trials of Arrowes equipment on-site.
  • Accurately maintain your pipeline in Salesforce and report activity to the leadership team.
  • Build sustainable customer relationships that lead to fleet conversions, service agreements, and recurring revenue.
  • Feed valuable market intelligence back into the business (competitor activity, upcoming projects, trends).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in
    traffic management, civil construction, or capital equipment sales
    .
  • Commercially savvy, with experience negotiating with
    Tier-1/Tier-2 contractors and councils
    .
  • Confident communicator with a track record of
    closing high-value sales
    and
    growing key accounts
    .
  • Comfortable in both field and boardroom — from demonstrating equipment to presenting ROI.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and hungry to build something significant.
