We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Melbourne team. You'll manage high-value accounts, collaborate with creatives, and drive campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

  • Deliver performance outcomes against defined KPIs and budgets.

  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and testing frameworks.

  • Manage client communications, reporting, and performance reviews.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign frameworks and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media and an expert on the tools.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling accounts with measurable ROI.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, GA4, and GTM.

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

  • Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote team.
