Johnson Health Tech Australia, a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation with cutting edge products and an innovative, hard charging culture, seeks an agile E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to Chief Marketing Officer on the day-to-day E-Commerce activities of a very busy, super agile organisation. We have a portfolio over 600 pieces of equipment ranging from treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, pin loaded strength machines, bench presses, massage chairs and more

What You'll Be Doing

  • Day to day management of website – from SEO to content updates to performance

    improvements.
  • Plan and execute high performing Google Ads.
  • Dive into Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads to uncover insights and grow campaigns.
  • Build strategies that increase traffic, conversions and engagement across digital

    channels.
  • Track, report, and optimize performance to make every campaign smarter.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and keep us ahead of digital trends.
  • Assist the E-Commerce team on tasks when required.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience with executing Google Ads, SEO and ECommerce website management using Shopify.
  • Proven ability to utilise GA4 to analysis metrics to improve website experience.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach – you know how to get things done.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment is required.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner and Monday will be highly regarded.
