Sushi Domo is an exciting new Sushi Shop located in the heart of Melbourne. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Shop Manager to oversee and manage all operational activities at our venue.

We are looking for a strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing business with ongoing opportunities and attractive rewards for the right candidate.

What you will need:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager/Take Away Sushi Shop Manager role, with a proven ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Must hold a valid Australian visa with permission to work.
  • At least 1 year of Sushi cooks experience.

Working Hours

  • 38 hours per week.
  • 08:00-15:30 (Mon-Fri).

About the Benefits

  • Hourly wage:
  • Weekday : $35 + Super.
  • Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
  • Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
