Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team You must be a strong leader with a genuine interest in good food and beverages. Working side by side with the owner managing and growing the business.

Ish's is a modern Indian restaurant providing a fine dining experience with a solid customer base and excellent online reviews. We will be operating Tuesdays - Saturdays from 5 pm so a 5-day work week is what's on the cards to begin with. We will be focusing on a seasonal menu with the same approach to our wine and cocktail offering. The ideal person for the job is an experienced restaurant manager and should have bartending experience who is keen to get involved in some of the behind the scene duties, along with still working on the floor in the evenings to ensure that the customer service is at a high level. You should be bright and enthusiastic with a minimum of months experience in a similar role. The position would involve being responsible for keeping tabs on beverage inventory, assisting in ordering, booking protocol as well as training and recruiting new staff. You will be required to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Full time hours are needed with a salary package and benefits. Must have unlimited working rights in Australia and the ability to commit to a minimum of 12 months. You will also be responsible for the closing procedures of the restaurant. A valid RSA certificate is essential. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and a natural eye for attention to detail.
